RETURN POLICY

Edyn Designs wants you to love the product you receive but understands sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out or may arrive damaged.

To initiate a return, please reach out using the Return Form below.
Please do not return any items to us without first letting us know. No refunds or replacements will be authorized without our prior approval. When shipping back your item, please ship it back using a trackable shipping method such as UPS or USPS Priority. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Personalized and Made to Order Items:
Edyn Designs cannot accept returns on any items that are personalized or made to order due to the custom nature of the product unless the mistake was made on our end or if the item arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order via the Return Form below so that we can work with you to make it right.

Stock Items:
Due to the seasonality of many of our items, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. We can exchange or refund the original payment method (minus shipping costs).

Sale and Sample Sale Items:
All Sale and Sample Sale items are Final Sale and may not be returned, replaced or refunded for any reason. Please understand that Sample Sale items are sold at heavy discounts because they often have imperfections.
